Mercuri International is again at the forefront of the effective use of new technologies, by combining e-learning (virtual deliveries) and class-room learning into a comprehensive Blended Learning Approach.

This takes into account the present economical considerations where Sales Organisations are keen to keep their staff “on the road”. Not only travel time and expenses are almost zero but also training can be organized in smaller portions of 1 to 5 hours. Thus it is possible to schedule training sessions at 4pm after almost a full day in the field.

Mercuri International have already proved, in several international projects, its ability to embrace an advanced technological environment and successfully integrate that into larger company initiatives. Effective use will not only significantly reduce costs, (up to 70%) but also ensure that participants are fully engaged and able to implement the new methods learned. The amount of learning is significantly improved, by integrating managers into the programs. The managers foster effective coaching of key skills by using virtual break-away rooms . Participants were sometimes hesitant to involve themselves but already the second session/day showed a clear learning curve towards a higher acceptance of the new method.
